Laiyr trademarks

The following are trademarks of Laiyr, Inc. and are used by Laiyr in connection with our brand identity infrastructure for artificial intelligence platforms and AI agents.

Laiyr™ — Standard character word mark filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office under Class 042 (Scientific and technological services), filed April 10, 2026, intent-to-use basis. Originally filed by Viguet Ventures LLC and assigned to Laiyr, Inc.

Verified Brand Record™ ("VBR™") — Standard character word mark filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office under Class 042 (Scientific and technological services), filed April 20, 2026, intent-to-use basis.

When referencing these marks in articles, presentations, partner materials, or any commercial use, please use the trademark notation on first prominent use. The first reference to each mark should appear as "Laiyr™" and "Verified Brand Record™ (VBR™)". Subsequent references in the same document may omit the trademark symbol.

Use the following notice in any commercial materials referencing Laiyr or the Verified Brand Record:

Patent notice

Laiyr's underlying technology is protected by pending United States patent applications covering the architecture for declaring, signing, publishing, governing, and machine-verifying brand identity in AI platforms and AI agent contexts. Use the marking "U.S. Patent Pending" in any commercial product, marketing material, or technical documentation that incorporates or references the Laiyr platform.

Laiyr, Inc. is an independent company. Laiyr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, owned by, sponsored by, or otherwise commercially related to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity AI, X.AI, Shopify, WordPress, Automattic, Stripe, Rewardful, or any other party whose trademark is referenced on this website or within the Laiyr platform.

References to third-party AI platforms and integration partners on the Laiyr website and within the Laiyr platform are descriptive in nature, identifying the platforms with which a Verified Brand Record is designed to interoperate or for which Laiyr provides connector applications.

Use of Laiyr marks by third parties

If you would like to reference Laiyr or the Verified Brand Record in a third-party publication, partner integration, analyst report, press article, conference presentation, or commercial product, please observe the following:

Allowed without prior permission:

• Factual reference to Laiyr as a company or to the Verified Brand Record as a product.
• Use of "Laiyr™" and "Verified Brand Record™" with the trademark symbol on first prominent use.
• Inclusion of the standard trademark notice in your published materials.
• Use of the Laiyr name in directory listings, partner pages, or compatibility statements where Laiyr is one of multiple parties identified.

Requires prior written permission from Laiyr:

• Use of the Laiyr logo or wordmark in any product user interface, marketing material, packaging, advertising, or merchandise.
• Use of "Laiyr" or "Verified Brand Record" in a domain name, application name, product name, or service name.
• Co-branded materials, joint announcements, case studies, or any communication that implies endorsement, partnership, or commercial relationship.
• Use of the Laiyr name in a manner that suggests Laiyr is the source of, sponsor of, or affiliated with a product or service that is not Laiyr's.
